Memory Leak

  • Type: Incorrect Functionality
  • Version Tested: 1.2b2 (Universal)
  • OS Version Affected: Mac OS X 10.5 Intel
  • Status: Open

Description

After many days of use, the memory used by shades suddenly spirals out of control, to the tune of 382 MB of real memory and 1.48 GB of virtual. My best solution so far is to simply kill it to regain my memory, then launch it again when needed. I think it might be a fault with the auto-updater, which checks weekly, since the problem does not occur for about a week.
