MagiCal Feature Request
Description
It would be nice if the tear off calendar would act like a tool palette, floating above all other applications. Leopard's help windows behave the way I would expect MagiCal's tear off calendar window to behave. That would help prevent it from getting "lost", since there is no application to switch to, and would also be useful when you want to keep it on top of another application's window.
