LG Flatron W2452T external monitor. All is running nicely. But when I disconnect the monitor and reconnect later, the monitor seem twice as dark.

So I restart Shades from the panel, and correct level is restored.

Nice app!

refers to the bug tracker - versions are out of order - takes a while to find latest, and that should be at the top.

I'm having this same problem. I have to disable and re-enable Shades in order to get it to work correctly. I give talks and have to plug in to projectors a lot - making this a major problem.
