Does not update when time zone changes

Description
When I change Time Zone in Date & Time, MagiCal still displays time in the old time zone until I restart the application. With Snow Leopard's ability to auto-update time zones, this is especially troublesome.
Having MagiCal check time zone occasionally and update accordingly would be great.

Updates
It does not track or sync with the Apple Date & Time Preferences. I my case, it is two hours earlier than the actual time. I am in MANUAL mode in Apple Date & Time and any changes I make there are not reflected in MagiCal v1.1r2. I have Prefs Open and the time is correct in Apple prefs, two hours off in MagiCal.
Definitely a bug. I am using 10.6 Snow Leopard latest with a MacBook Pro Intel
