Crash on mouse wheel detection

  • Type: Crash
  • Version Tested: 1.2 (Intel)
  • OS Version Affected: Mac OS X 10.9
  • Status: Open

Hi... Im actually on Yosemite 10.10.5, but the drop down option on the bug report page will go only till Mavericks. Anyhow.. got a bug for you.... two infact. I was checking out if the brightness slider could be adjusted using the mouse wheel instead of click-dragging. On the on-screen slider, it does work. However both the mouse wheel up and down seems to make the brightness slider up only... not both directions.

The other bug crashes the app. I tried doing the mouse wheel on the drop down slider from the shades icon (from the top menu bar). As soon as the wheel is turned, I got a pop up saying:

"An Exception of class NilObjectException was not handles. The application must shut down"

It starts fine afterwards. Just crashes wheneve an attempt is made to control the slider using the mouse wheel.

I despise you and your application which is a siphon of some kind to Hell. It is awful to freeze and not be able to delete what is a useless "app" runaround
