Font size won't stick

Description
I like the new features in MagiCal, but the menu bar font size won't stick between computer restarts on my dual 1 GHz G4 Mac running OS X 10.4.9. Every time I start the computer the font has reverted to 11 pt. I set it to 18 because it's easier to read.

Updates
I would like to add that the bug seems to happen on wake too, not just on restarts.
