Fuzzy mode

Description
In at least sweden we don't say "half past four", we say "half five" (directly translated). Therefore there is a problem every half hour in the fuzzy mode. What sholud be 16.30 ends up looking like 15.30 in swedish speech-format. Quite enyoing. Do we have to live with it?

My Swedish is not what it could be, I apologise for the error.
You won't have to live with it for long, I'll fix it for the next release.
